​​Insurance Coverage
We accept many major health plans including BCBS, BCN, Aetna, Physicians Health Plan, and Medicare (most plans).  It is your responsibility to determine the specific benefits your health plan provides. Some important questions to ask your health plan provider include:

 

What is my deductible and/or copay for services?

Has my deductible been met?

How many sessions of mental health care services are covered in one year?

How much of my mental health session is covered?  

Fee for Service (Private Pay) with a fully licensed clinician

Intake – $169

Individual session – $143

* Reduced fee for service is available on a limited basis.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service and can we accept Cash, check, and all major credit cards.  Please note there is an additional 2.6% credit card transaction.

Cancellation Policy
Clients are financially responsible for all no-shows, cancellations, and sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.  Insurance does not reimburse for missed session fees.
