Megan Howd holds a masters degree from Spring Arbor University and has been working with Healing Pathways Center since 2023 as an intern. Much of her prior professional experience has included teaching women and youth about anxiety, healthy relationships, coping skills, substance use prevention and teen pregnancy prevention. She has experience working with anxiety, grief, family conflict, ADHD, and parent guidance.

Megan provides therapeutic services for adolescents, young adults, adults, and guardians who present with a variety of mental health related obstacles. She specializes in working with people ages 14-65 using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy.

Megan is a therapist who provides psycho-education and provides skills for clients who are feeling stuck. Megan has found that a combination of therapeutic techniques contribute to a client's greater understanding of relational dynamics and emotional regulation. She offers a safe place for clients to process through life challenges and consider new perspectives that will increase quality of life and daily functioning.
